Nature of the content
The content of this site, including the value calculator and the method notes, is informational and illustrative. It does not constitute investment, tax or legal advice, is not an offer within the meaning of civil law, and cannot serve on its own as the basis for a business decision.
Calculators and the company scan
Twelve calculators and the company scan compute estimates on the user’s assumptions. The result is an estimate based on a few entered values and simplified assumptions. It does not replace a business valuation, which requires normalising the result, analysing source data and reviewing contracts. Values entered into the calculator stay in the browser and are neither sent nor stored anywhere.
Project descriptions
Work carried out for clients is described without entity names, without absolute amounts and without dates that would allow identification. Scale is given as an order of magnitude. Materials covered by business confidentiality are not published on this site.
Personal data — who is responsible
The data controller is TvF Consulting Tomasz Fordymacki, based in Warsaw. For anything concerning your data, write to office@tvfcons.pl. No data protection officer has been appointed — at this scale of activity the regulation does not require one.
What the site collects, and what it does not
By default the site uses no cookies. With your consent (the banner at the bottom) Google Analytics 4 is enabled: it stores the _ga cookie (valid 2 years) and sends page-view and calculator-use data to Google LLC with IP anonymisation; Google then acts as a processor under standard contractual clauses. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer — the script stops recording and you can delete the cookie in your browser. Without consent nothing goes to Google. Beyond that the site uses no tool that would track visitors across websites. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making. The contact form sends the message by e-mail to office@tvfcons.pl through a server function; the content is not stored in any database or log — it exists only as an e-mail in the mailbox. Figures you type into the calculator and the company-scan demo stay in your browser and are never transmitted.
Three things that are processed
First, correspondence. If you write, I process your address, the message and whatever you choose to include — in order to reply and possibly enter into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for enquiries that lead nowhere, on the legitimate interest of handling the enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)). Second, server logs, including IP address, recorded automatically by the hosting provider for security and correct operation (Article 6(1)(f)). Third, traffic measurement — visit counts and calculator usage, collected without cookies and without any identifier that would single out a person, in aggregate form only, on the legitimate interest of improving the site (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who else sees the data, and for how long I keep it
Hosting and traffic measurement are provided by Vercel Inc.; email in the tvfcons.pl domain is handled by a mail hosting provider. Beyond that I pass data to no one and sell it to no one. Correspondence is kept for as long as the matter requires, and where it leads to an engagement — for the period required by accounting and tax law. Traffic statistics are aggregate and cannot be traced back to an individual.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Writing to office@tvfcons.pl is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). Providing data is voluntary, but without a return address I cannot answer an enquiry.

Information security
Client data is processed locally on an encrypted drive, without shared clouds; backups are encrypted. The site runs on Vercel infrastructure (servers in the European Union) with enforced HTTPS, a CSP policy and security headers. Mail in the tvfcons.pl domain has SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Security reports: the security.txt file under .well-known or office@tvfcons.pl. Client materials are never used to train any models.
Data retention in the tools
The calculators and the company scan have no server back end: they compute in the browser, send nothing and store nothing — when the tab closes the data is gone. The “share” link in the valuation calculator carries the entered numbers in the page address, so they go wherever you send it. Analytics records only the fact that a tool was used, never the values.
